Came back from scheduled appointment. No lotion. Went back to front desk. Different clerk went to back and gave me 2 lotions. I was put out with the first clerk. I was rashing badly and needed lotion asap.

I stayed here last night and enjoyed it. The breakfast was great! Staff was kind. The room was clean and comfortable. (Good pillows and bed) Being next to the river and having good places to eat nearby is nice. Only down fall is hearing the train horn in the morning, however I heard it around the time I was getting up anyway (6:30am), so no big deal for me.

We never stay at Best Westerns but this exceeded our expectations. The woman at the front desk was beyond kind and helpful!! She did her best to give us the very best room when she found out we were there for our son’s college graduation and he’d be staying with us. Also, the breakfast had several home cooked items. We can’t say enough good things about this property. Technically, it’s listed as a 2 star hotel. This should be upgraded to a 3 star. The room we stayed in was huge and included a full kitchen and a table with four chairs great for playing board games which is what we did due to not enough snow disrupting our plan to snowmobile in Yellowstone.
