Pleasant stay. For the price, would stay again

I was there for two nights by myself on business. For the price, I would stay there again, but would most likely stay somewhere nicer and with more amenities if I was with my family. All of the staff were very friendly and inviting. Not in the best part of town, but I felt safe during my stay. Free breakfast quality and selection was good, but not great. Rooms and common areas were clean, but could use some updating. Overall, pleasant experience and for the price, would stay there again.

It was a great stay and a nice little spot. The whole family had a nice time. The only issue was the hotel has recently changed their deposit to include a $200 cash deposit, which Expedia does not tell you about. I am not sure if the owners have not communicated this to Expedia yet, or what all is going on there.

Affordable and convienant

We had a good stay. The beds were very comfortable and the room was clean. The pool temp was tolerable to swim in. I thought the price was great for what we needed.

We check in, they have us a dirty room. Had to switched to another room. Where one bed was still dirty with dark marks. So, most likely the one slept wasn't either. They used the same sheets. Thephone or clock in the room didn't work. The tub drain didn't work. We got moved to another room the next day. I keeps asking to talk to a manager. Never got in contact with a manager. The third and final room had old ripped up curtains, stains in the carpet, and found a little trash under the sink in the bathroom.

Was in town for WWE Royal Rumble. Hotel was right off the interstate and very easy to get to. Arrived ~10 or 15 minutes before official check-in time (3PM). Not exactly sure what was going on, but the system was not allowing the desk clerk to assign us a room. Took ~30-40 minutes for that to get sorted out, and the desk clerk was doing the best he could on a very busy day. Our room was very spacious and looked pretty clean. We didn't use the indoor pool or fitness room, but the pool looked nice enough. Also did not take advantage of free breakfast since we chose to sleep in the next morning. Comfy bed with lots of pillows, and even though I'm always cold, it wasn't necessary to turn on the heater, as the room temp was comfortable enough. My only "complaint" is that there was no hair dryer in the bathroom. I looked in every drawer, cabinet, closet and shelf in the room. It's listed as an amenity, so I'm guessing a previous guest made off with it and housekeeping didn't notice and/or couldn't do anything it before releasing the room. By the time I noticed, it was too late in the morning to call the front desk about it, so I managed without.

We had continuous keycard issues. First the man who checked us in only issued the cards for 1 night and we were staying for 2 nights. When they were replaced, they still didnt work. We kept the cards away from phones but it was still an issue. Housekeeping was very helpful.

Nice hotel

We were there because my daughter had appointments at IU Health. We were not far from there and it worked out great. The hotel room was very clean and we had everything we needed. It was one degree outside but we stayed very warm in our room. The free breakfast was also good. We would definitely stay there again
