Hotels.com website had self parking fee at $20. Arrived at hotel (late check-in). Sign at hotel has different/ higher rate for self parking ($10 more) than website booking. Go to check in, female at check in, told us that self parking fee is $35 a night. How can a hotel have 2+ conflicting, higher prices for "self parking"!?! ALL guests should be aware and document hotel charges. Watch out for classic "Bait & Switch" charges on bill. If the guest is a light sleeper, try not to get a room near elevators or pool. Excess noise. If barefoot, be careful when entering/ exiting bathroom of room 305. Tacks (sharp ends) protruding up from where carpet meets bathroom tile. EYE OPENER! For the we paid, there are better hotels out there to relax/ vacation at.
