Access to this paradise is by (rental) car, for which you will have your private 2 car garage with direct entrance into the house, Uber or Taxi. There is no public transportation.
The space
The completely 2022 renovated house has all the comforts to make your trip an unforgettable stay and the desire to return. There are outdoor electric shades to all windows/sliding doors and one remote awing on each uncovered terraces. All around terraces are in glass railings so there is no view obstruction to the magnificent panorama when you sit.
First floor:
Entrance hallway has full size mirror, shoe armoire and hanger. From here stairs are going up to second floor and down to basement where is the 2 car garage; and door to this level bedroom.
American kitchen with stainless steel Siemens appliances, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, cooking pans and utensils, dishes, glasses, coffee cups, silverware and more. Dining room has a table, 6 chairs and it is extendable to sit comfortable 10 people.
On the same floor there is the living room with direct access to 2 terraces where you will find a private pool .Living room has a leather couch for at least 4 and an armed chair. Fireplace and Smart TV with Netflix included.
The covered terrace has access from the dining room and from one of the bedrooms. The bedroom has a separate entrance from the main hallway, king size bed, own bathroom, fitted wardrobe and safe.
Second floor:
Master bedroom, like all others, is an en –suite, with hers and his fitted wardrobes and safe.
Third bedroom have 2 twin beds which can be converted to a king bed at your request; fitted wardrobe, own bathroom with tub and safe.
The L shape terrace is large and can be accessed from both bedrooms. Here is an outdoor dining table for 6, a conversation sitting area with a gas barbeque.
