I am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction with my current hotel experience in Turkey, where I have come to undergo a serious medical procedure. I specifically chose this hotel due to its proximity to the hospital (only five minutes away), but my stay has been nothing short of a nightmare.
From the moment we checked in, we faced one issue after another:
The air conditioning in our first room was not working.
We were moved to a second room, but the windows wouldn't shut.
The third room had ongoing construction noise from the floor above.
In the fourth room, the bathroom wouldn't flush, and the TV did not work.
The fifth room’s door wouldn't lock, and when they tried to fix it, the entire mechanical system fell apart.
The sixth room had an unbearably noisy, outdated air conditioning system, and the toilet wouldn’t flush.
Finally, we were moved to a seventh room, where the bathroom is now flooded.
Despite these continuous issues, the hotel management has been completely unhelpful. They refuse to speak with us, even though they speak my mother tongue, and they claim the hotel manager is too busy. The customer relationship manager has limited authority and cannot resolve our concerns.
Given my serious health condition, this ongoing stress is unacceptable. I urgently need your assistance in resolving this matter, whether by securing a proper, functional room or arranging an alternative accommodation.
Please respond as soon as possible.
