Our stay at the hotel was very pleasant and a good experience. The rooms are big and clean. Its location is very convenient as it was close to the hospital we had to visit. The staff were very friendly and helpful.I would like to thank Miss Ferzane from the reception who did her best to give us the same room on the second night of are stay after we checked out. The Hotel is located at the edge of a slum, a residential area, and a textile manufacturing district. It is located 25 minutes walk from the subway. It is also 25 25-minute walk away from one of the most luxurious districts in Istanbul. The walls are paper-thin, and you can hear all kinds of noises from other rooms or the corridor. The room was large and spacious, with everything you need during your stay. The car park has an extremely narrow and steep driveway extending to a depth of -5th floor.

okey but not enough

There was only one liquid for hair and body in the bathroom of the hotel room. Personal needs such as solid soap, Q-tips, and hair caps were missing. Moreover, there were no bags in the room to put dirty or wet bags. There was only water in the mini bar. I did not find it sufficient in terms of price/performance. The cleaning was successful, the staff was smiling (except for the female staff at the reception)
