Great place stay. Full kitchen, room was clean, bed was comfortable. Short, easy walk to French Quarter and numerous restaurants. One block from Louis Armstrong park. Easy spot to get picked up for Uber. There is parking for a fee. Didn’t use the pool, but it looked clean. Able to store luggage the day we were leaving.
Nice place. Staff was friendly and helpful. Very noisy. The door to the stairs slammed all night long and was directly next to my room so we got no sleep at all. The listing said 5 min walk to Bourbon st but was about 16 mins.
The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. property was difficult to find and the attendant was not informed of our arrival. After about 30 minutes he located a key for us. The AC and TV in the sitting room did not work. We reported the problems and they were not addressed prior to our departure. I will not stay at this hotel again.
I called and was told that the property was wheelchair accessible. When I arrived, it definitely was not. I had to cancel the booking and move to a different hotel, but was still charged for my stay despite being told it was accessible when it clearly was not.
This hotel was fine. The room was clean and the area was safe.
A word of caution: the front desk is not staffed, and you may not be able to reach anyone. This hotel claims to offer luggage storage, but we couldn't get ahold of anyone and were forced to pay for luggage storage.
No air conditioning, no batteries for the fan in the living room, doors off tracks in bedroom, provided a coffee maker with specialized coffee filters that were not provided. Towel bar off the wall in 2nd room we had. Manager agreed to refund $130.00. Said I would have to get it from Expedia. Expedia refused to provide it back to us. Will be filling complaint with American Express.

The only downfall of the place is that there is seldom a host/or desk clerk available- so if you need anything you are probably SOL- for example,
The elevator didn’t work the last couple days we were there, I’m sure if something isn’t functioning it takes longer to repair due to lack of staff.
Receptionist is extremely rude, doesn't give great directions. We got to our room and the toilet was clogged and we had to wait almost an hour for someone to come up and mess with it.
Recieved email thats stated fill out prearrival form sent to you. Non sent tried calling number on email, went to voice mail asked for them to return my call, tried 4 additional times to call in each time left message. Arrived and was told that only get one key fob for 3 people so difficult to come and go. Discovered blood on wall in king room. No cups to go with ice stoage, no coffee or condiments for coffee. They dont have hair drier. No front desk. First night when returning from town key fob wouldnt unlock door, my daughter called the number at desk they hung up on her they come and had hard time unlocking to with an attitude. I told the staff on duty i was disappointed in the wayvthings were going and she said do you want to check out. The is no daily room service which didnt affect us rather than having fresh towels. They have a shelf in lobby that has extra soap, toilet paper and shampoo but no coffee, towels and trash bags as stated in emailings. The person on duty seems to be responsible for several hotels. The beds did sleep good. Just feel like anyone staying based on a budget should know what your getting.
