Rudeness Beyond rude

The site says check-in is at 4:00 I got there a little after 4:00 and I was told that I could have to wait until 6:00 p.m. to get into my room. I paid for a king size Deluxe and they gave me a queen regular room the hotel manager was the or I would say the front desk manager was very rude did not put no effort into resolving the issue over all experience terrible I would not recommend this place

Awful hotel. No lift to the 2nd floor. Had to carry all my luggage up the stairs. Smelly hallways and room. AC was loud, rattling and stopped after 2 hours. No fridge. No microwave. Avoid this hotel.

The entrances into the Horseshu hotel are not ADA compliant. There are steps going up and down from all but one entrance. The bed was very comfortable. No refrigerator in the room.

Friendly staff, beautiful pool, comfortable rooms!

The pool is fantastic, and the main reason we stayed longer. Hoping the spa is fixed before our next trip. The property is old, but it has character and the beds were the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in at a motel! The town is cute, the stay was restful and the staff were all so friendly.

Older hotel - only 1 working elevator out of the only 2, so a little slow to get to and from our room. Room was a decent size, clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly. Only one restaurant option on Sunday, but an ok meal.

Stayed at the Horseshu Motel across the street. Very dated and could be better taken care of. The room was clean, but the carpets could use a really good cleaning. There were a lot of people hanging around outside, but after dark it was quiet. Had dinner in the casino across the street and the food was really good.
