Tracey was wonderful at check-in. The room was clean. It was quiet which is always good to have. There were two things that made the stay not perfect. The television did not work and there was not a curtain shower in the bathroom. When my mom and I showered, water was all over the floor. Tracey tried to get the television to work but to no avail. We would not allow her to climb the tub to put the curtain up because she had previously hurt her leg. She found another room for us but we were already in bed and had unpacked and we had to be at the hospital for my surgery at 5:30 so we stayed there. Tracey went out of her way to make everything better.

The BW in Flowood is outstanding! Walking in you are greeted with a sincere Welcome and it looked & smelled so clean. The Lobby decor is originally different. The room followed suit it was comfortable, and clean. The restaurant Hostess also provided great 👍 👌 service! The overall experience was something I won't forget.

Room exceptionally clean, very friendly staff, breakfast was great, family friendly. In-room TV's could use an upgrade to a smart TV but this is not critical to this review. Not much within walking distance but Plenty within 5-10 minute drive.
