The staff, excellent! Chef’s kiss to the staff! Hotel rooms need upgrades. Dump the carpet it looks disgusting and install LVP flooring. Shower mat was worn, looked dirty (We had shower shoes so used those in the tub).

the toilet runs all the time when you flush it, there was no chair at the dest, i had to do i i I had to do my paperwork on the bed and sit on a table, no chair in the room, i ask the front desk can i get a veteran discount, she said it was to late because it was payed for, and i ask for a handicap room , i do understand but i only could walk not to far, the room was on the floor at the end of the floor. The toilet kept running after you flush it, it was hard to take a shower because i couldn’t pick up my legs to get in.

Honestly I was a little disappointed with this comfort inn. Our room was not cleaned very well at all, we found several stains and stuff that were not cleaned in the bathroom. We also found several things falling apart in our room. I also found a second floor rug threshold that was coming up off the carpet making it a tripping hazard next to the elevator. Our biggest disappointment however was the fact that we took our grandchildren with us to be able to swim in the pool, as that is their favorite thing to do on our getaways. The pools heat pump was broken and not working. There was a sign on the pool door telling you this, but the pool was completely unusable. I understand that repairs happen, but we were never informed of this at check in or we might of found another hotel. My grandkids were heartbroken not to be able to swim! The lady at the front desk said it had been broken for awhile and the part was on order, but they were not sure when it would come in. We were not even offered a discount due to the inconvenience! This was not at all like most comfort inns that I've stayed at. It's a little off the beaten path, so it feels like it doesn't get a lot of business. Therefore they've given up on the upkeep of the place. The good part was that the staff was VERY friendly and helpful with every thing needed. A-plus rating for the staff.

The only thing I can say that would be of any help to all is if your not paying with the card you used to hold the reservation, make certain to present the payment you want used at check-in. They ran charges on the wrong card now I have a hold on that amount on that account
