Kitchen/Living/Dining Area: Renovated kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops is fully stocked with essentials and more; living room has a large smart TV, a desk, books and games, and access to the deck overlooking the newly protected dunes and ocean.

Bedroom 1: Queen Master with luxury mattress, on upper level with ocean views, has smart TV, desk, dresser, closet, and ensuite bathroom.

Bedroom 2: Queen Bedroom on upper level with sound view, has smart TV, dresser, closet, Pack n Play crib, and bathroom across the hall. Loft: Double Bed of comfy 10 inch memory foam in open loft area located between the main and upper level, accessible via three step wall ladder, view of pool and pond, has fan and small dresser.

2.5 Bathrooms+outdoor shower: 2 full renovated bathrooms on upper level (a shower in the master bathroom, and a shower/tub in the hall bathroom), plus a half bath on the lower level; enclosed hot/cold shower on the carport level.

Laundry: full-size washer and dryer in the main level half bath with detergent supplied.

Deck: 2 lounge chairs, 1 couch that seats 3, and a dining table with umbrella.

Carport: Hot/cold private shower + parking for up to three cars (no street parking is allowed), beach cart, boogie boards, beach chairs, umbrella, beach toys, hammock, corn hole, bocce ball, and more available for you to use.

Linens: Your beds will be freshly made, and for towels there are kitchen, bathroom (6 sets of wash cloths, hand towels, bath towels), and Turkish beach towels provided (100% cotton, fast-drying).
