Welcome to Big Blue: The Groundswell, a 2-bedroom oceanview apartment just steps from the sand in Jacksonville Beach. This ground floor unit sleeps 6 and puts you 30 seconds from the beach with partial ocean views from the front porch and master bedroom.

Both bedrooms feature queen beds with premium linens, and there's a full bathroom plus a well-equipped kitchen for beach day meal prep. The unit shares an oceanside porch with three other vacation rentals in our 4-unit building — perfect for morning coffee with ocean breezes. Please note that guests use any bunk beds at their own risk per our insurance requirements.

Enjoy a fully stocked kitchen with Keurig coffee maker, in-unit washer and dryer for sandy clothes, and high-speed WiFi for staying connected. Beach towels are provided so you can head straight to the sand. Five shared parking spaces are available first-come, first-served, plus street parking and a public lot next door.

You're a 9-minute walk to Mellow Mushroom for craft beer and pizza, and a 10-minute stroll to Salt Life Food Shack for their famous fish tacos. The Jacksonville Beach pier is just a 2-minute drive for fishing and people-watching. Beaches Town Center with shops and dining is 3 minutes by car.

Keyless entry makes check-in seamless, and we stock essentials like coffee, shampoo, and laundry detergent. Pets are welcome for $30 per day. Please note there's an ongoing city renovation project that may cause minor construction noise or road access limitations — we have 80+ properties across Jacksonville Beach and can help find an alternative if this concerns you.

A refundable security deposit or optional damage waiver may be required. Guests will be given the option to choose between a refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver prior to check-in.
