Rooms are beginning to look a little worn, and our mattress made noise when we sat on the bed. Neither of these were detrimental to our stay, but may make us explore other options before booking here again.

The staff was welcoming and accommodating. The hotel has had a cheap makeover. The carpets are dirty. Broken A/C units stacked in the stairwell. My room had recent water damage and the room smelled like mildew. The pool was “temporarily” closed when we wanted to use it.

Bedroom and bathroom was excellent... Our disappointment was the indoor swimming pool was not available in the morning according to the posted time. I was told they were only opening after 6 pm, so we didn't get to use in morning.

holes in pool towels

had to beg for towels for the pool. then was only given 2 and there were 4 ppl one towel had holes. bed was hard. but everthing else was good.

Very convenient to town but the staff was a little unprofessional in attitude and helpfulness. Had issues with the A/C and the lighting in the bathroom. The light switch for the mirror is on the mirror. There should be a sign on the bathroom wall indicating where the switch is. The only way to shut off the A/C was to unplug it. The entrance to the hotel gave a look into the laundry and the laundry door was keep open so that it was a guest's first impression of the hotel. A maid said loudly that the pool needed cleaned yet is was open and being used by children.

We received a connecting room and were unaware of this until we arrived. The room was clean but smelled strongly of bleach. The hallway was dirty and some of the downstairs lobby chairs need to be replaced.

If you're planning on going to the comedy center and the Lucy ball museum it's the best place to stay walking distance to both .

We had stayed in four different hotels over the past five days and this was by far the best! There were a few issues though. Loud talkers in the hallway outside our room at night. A guy smoking marijuana at the building entrance door every time we came in. Smelled like skunk odor. The pool didn’t work. Chicken bones and other food scraps in the stairwell. I know it sounds discouraging, but the room is so good, we’d stay again if visiting Jamestown.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Jamestown, NY. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable—plenty of room to relax and unwind. The continental breakfast was a great way to start the day, with a nice selection of fresh items and hot coffee. What really stood out was the friendly and welcoming staff—always ready with a smile and helpful recommendations for the area. A great place to stay whether you're visiting for business or exploring local attractions like the Lucille Ball Desi Arnaz Museum. Highly recommended!

We have asked for room service on the day when we checked in. But the next day they did not do it. Around 7pm my husband went to the front desk to ask for two clean towels, he was told he has to wait a couple hours. So after I finish exercising, I went to the front desk again around 8 pm, I was told that there are no clean towels and I have to wait a couple more hours. And he does not know how long. I insisted that I really needed some clean towels since I am sweating after exercise. Then he said there are some stained clean ones. So he bought two towels to me. There was no stain on the towels at all! He was simply too lazy to go to the laundry room to find some for me! The hotel is dingy and the breakfast is bad. It is about $100 per day. Even though it is cheap, but it is not worthy. We won't come back again.
