Not enough parking in the lot. Had to park on the street. Free breakfast was lacking food. Mentiined to the desk attendant that both the scrambled eggs and the waffle mix were empty. She said that she was very busy at the moment and would get to it soon. 25 minutes later she finally restocked the buffet. Unfortunately we did not have time to wait that long. She definitely needed some help as ahe was also checking out guests who were leaving. Not great customer service.

The front desk area is full of clutter with files stacked up and other stuff sitting around, and it took 3 separate computers to complete our check in, even after I had checked us in in advance on line. And the washing machines/dryers utility room with door wide open opens directly onto the check-in area. The actual guest rooms are nice enough but the reception area is off putting.

Generally a good hotel. Very limited parking. U won’t find a parking spot after 8:30 and will have to park on the street. Brekkie was fine. Hot but low in quantity once items ran low. Rooms were nice. Beds were good. Quiet on the third floor

Friendly and courteous staff, breakfast included with scrambled eggs, Polish style kielbasas sausage, biscuits and gravy, cereal, fruit, yogurt, bagels, juice, coffee and milk! Clean and the location in down town Jamestown was perfect and working walking distance to the very 1st class National Comedy Center.

Great big comfortable room!

Our room was HUGE with a big seating area as well as mini fridge, microwave, desk & lots of counter space. They also had a nice breakfast in the morning & the staff was very friendly.

Visit to Jamestown mid-August 2025

We picked this hotel for the location while visiting the Comedy and Lucy museums plus the lowest price. We weren't going to be in the room much. The lobby is sparse, but adequate. Some of the staff areas (closets, laundry area, etc) had open doors and looked super messy. This included the area behind the reception desk. The person who checked us in was very nice, but we could tell she was over-worked. Our room was spacious, clean, and quiet despite facing the busy street. Very comfy bed. Your basic hotel grab-your-own breakfast was better than some I've had. Some decent dining options within a very short walk.

Great hotel for the money

Our stay was brief but the hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly. The hotel was a 2 minute walk from our event so it was perfect.

This is the second time we've stayed in the past two years and will continue to book here when returning to Jamestown. The bed was extremely comfortable and the hotel and surroundings are clean. The proper is within walking distance to many restaurants and places like the National Comedy Museum. Highly recommended.
