On the ground floor, a spacious living and dining room serves as the heart of the villa, providing a welcoming space for relaxation and socializing, with direct access to the terrace and swimming pool. Adjacent to the living area, the fully equipped open kitchen also opens onto the terrace and pool area, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor flow. Also on this level, 1 bedroom is appointed with 1 French bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and benefits from a private shower and WC. A separate shower and WC is additionally available on this floor for guests' convenience.

The upper floor hosts 3 further bedrooms, each individually furnished with 1 French bed of 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length. Every bedroom on this level is served by its own private shower and WC and enjoys direct access to the balcony, where panoramic views of the sea can be fully appreciated.
