Our booking was "breakfast included"; however there was no hot/cold breakfast served. A coffee machine and few tea bags were available though. The hotel provided 1 muffin and 1 protein bar in a brown bag per person as breakfast. Also, the toilets needed multiple flushes and it took ages for the toilets to be ready for the next flush. No, I will not recommend nor stay here again.

There was no elevator and we lugged our suitcases up two storeys. But that would not have been so bad if we had a CLEAN bathroom! The toilet seat was torn stained and dirty There was a GIANT bug on the wall as well To the management’s credit they came immediately and our room was changed but the cleanliness level was suspicious—hair in bathtub Stains on sheets Can’t stay here again!

THERE WAS AN SPIDER IN MY BED IN THE FIRST ROOM THEY GAVE ME. BECUSE IT DISAPPEARED WHILE WAITING ON SOMEONE TO COME THEY DID NOT OFFER TO CHANGE LINENS OR CLEAN THE BED. I HAD TO COMPLAIN RO EXPEDIA TO GET MOVED. ONCE MOVED I HAD LUGGAGE THEY HAVE NO ELEVATOR, OR ESCALATOR.

Unclean/Bug infested room/Rude front desk staff

We couldn’t stay in this hotel after we found that it was infested with bugs. The bugs were not just in the bedroom but also in the bathroom. As a family with a small child, we could not stay in the hotel. We spoke to the front desk, who was dismissive, rude and argumentative, even after we showed him the picture we took. We are requesting an immediate refund of our money.

Worst hotel. They say breakfast included but there is no actual breakfast like other average hotel. They give an oat bar, and unbranded fruit cup which smells like medicine.full of cigarette smell on hallway. They didn’t even clean trash and I need to ask them every day for 3 nights stay. These group of people owns hotels are spoiling hotel services industry

BEWARE!!!

DISGUSTING and absolutely should not be labeled as a Wyndham hotel. No AC, no elevators, beyond rude management and staff, dirty, UNSAFE, and not as advertised on Hotels.com or their own site. Super GROSS. Don’t waste your money.

Piss poor hotel

The online pictures are deceiving. The lobby is run down, there is safety glass between you and the check in person making you feel like you are one turn from seeing a robber, the rooms are dirty, half of the outlets in our room didn't work and the bathroom needs work (mirror cracked, half ass tile work, outdated). I would call this a 1-2 star hotel - basically a place to sleep and then get out.

Unprofessional Staff and Poor Guest Treatment

I recently extended my stay at this hotel for six additional nights. Unfortunately, I had a deeply disappointing experience with a front desk staff member. After I inquired about the extension with her but eventually completed the booking through an agency, she became visibly upset. To my shock, she later informed me—without any courtesy or professionalism—that while I’m away at a conference, she would move my belongings into a smoking room. I explained that I am a non-smoker and specifically requested a non-smoking room, but her response was, “That’s none of my business.” This level of disregard for a guest's comfort and personal property is unacceptable in any hospitality setting. No guest should be treated with such hostility or threatened with having their belongings moved without consent. I expected professionalism, but instead encountered behavior that was petty, retaliatory, and unbefitting of the hospitality industry. This experience has left me disappointed, especially as I am attending an important international conference and expected peace of mind during my stay. I hope hotel management takes this seriously and enforces a standard of respect and accountability among staff.

Blanket on bed has dry blood on it. The door slam hard so that is all you hear all night. I had my husband and 2 kids and front desk person question me on how many when he saw 2 adult and 2 children and I made the reservation for 2 adult 2 children
