前台和礼宾部都很貼心服務，整個入住過程都很滿意。距離會展心中很近，出差工作很方便，但離市區（小商品市場、新光匯、賓王夜市）有段距離，可以打車或騎腳踏車前往，仍是方便的！下次辦展一定還住這裡，真的很棒！

首先, 我非常喜歡該酒店員工的一些細心安排, 例如當日由於我只是一個人入住該酒店, 而該房間卻是提供雙人床的, 於是乎有很多床上用品我基本上都是用不了的, 而且多少有點礙事, 是以首晚我把很多這些用品都推放到旁邊的沙發上, 原本以為第二晚我也需要自行把那些多出來的東西又一次堆到沙發上, 結果到第二晚當我再回到房間之後, 我發現那些有點礙事的枕頭抱枕全部都已經移走. 個人對於這個是激烈讚賞的. 另外, 該酒店員工的服務也非常地主動有禮, 同時能做到不擾人. 在期間我每日出入時, 每碰到你們酒店的員工時, 可都是非常地親切且不作假地打招呼. 說真的, 在這麼多次旅行工幹的體驗中, 這是我少有可以體驗到的. 尤其是在最後一天準備退房, 正拉著行李去乘坐升降機, 剛巧遇到一位酒店的員工, 該名員工一開始也只是一般性地替我按全升降機, 以及問我是不是要去地下之類, 當我在電梯裡安頓了一下之後, 她主動問起我是不是要退房, 覺得房間怎樣, 這幾天住得還舒服嗎等等. 首先, 她有主動思考過我帶著行李在樓層坐升降機到地下是處於要退房的狀態, 然後問起我的居住體驗. 說真的, 我還真沒有遇到過另一個人可以做到這一步. 我本身是個不苟言笑的人, 平素可以不說話, 我大都不會多說一句, 也非常討厭被人打擾, 不過對於這位女仕主動親切的問候也大感舒坦. 我是真心感到自己受到重視尊重. 最後她更主動地遞上她的卡片. 說以後有事可以找她, 她都會盡量的提供協助, 說罷, 領了我的行李, 帶了我去櫃枱才離去. 總而言之, 整個居住的體驗都令我感到非常地滿意, 而最後那位業務拓展主任的表現卻又為我整個體驗, 給了個綿上添花.

1. 食物安全差 - pizza中香腸的包裝膠卷溶入食物中，進餐時，整條膠紙可從口中拉出。 2. 餐廳溝通不足 - 經理答應補救方法是送早餐，惟溝通不足，拒絕提供早餐。 3. 退房安排欠專業 - 沒有將退押金的自動存入微信戶口安排解釋清楚，到我離開後，再返回詢問時才獲得答案，欠專業。

快適、スペーシャス、Wifi良好！

とても綺麗な角部屋を手配頂きました。Wifiの環境も良く快適な滞在でした。残念ながら深夜から早朝までの短時間の滞在でしたが、また次回同エリアに滞在の場合には是非クラウンプラザさんでお願いしようと思います。

최고 수준의 객실을 못따라오는 형편없는 조식 뷔페 수준과 맛없는 저녁 뷔페

아들과 함께하는 출장길이어서 스위트 룸으로 예약을 하였고 기대 이상의 객실 컨디션과 청결도, 편의성에 매우 만족하였습니다. 스위트룸이어서 무료로 비즈니스 라운지를 이용했고 매우 만족했습니다. 수영장도 깔끔하고 모두 좋았습니다. 그러나, 2박 3일간의 조식 뷔페는 엉터리였고, 손님과 함께한 석식 뷔페도 호텔의 명성에 맞지 않아서 실망을 넘어 황당하였습니다. 언제 개선될지 모르겠지만 제가 포스팅한 날짜 기준으로 객실 예약에 판단하시기 바랍니다. 언젠가는 좋아지겠죠. 음식만 아니라면 매우 강력 추천하는 호텔입니다. 최고에요.

Love this hotel!

Awesome!! We stayed at a local 3 star hotel for 2 nights before transferring here for the week and the difference is so drastic and we couldn’t be happier!! Service is impeccable - front line staff are very personable and genuinely cares about your well being and comfort. We look forward to breakfasts daily. Pillow + Bed are very comfortable. There’s a shuttle bus schedule to Futian Market at 9 and 11am but even if you just take a cab there everyday is very cheap and convenient :) just a very short distance away. Highly recommend this hotel :) We will definitely stay here again the next time we come back to Yiwu.

TERRIBLE SPA!!!!!!

We have stayed at this hotel many times and it is very comfortable. This time we visited the spa which is operated independly on the 26th floor (Rose Land Spa) but they do have advertising in the rooms and foyers for the spa. The cost for 90 minutes was 780RMB which is OVER THE TOP expensive for china. The massage was terrible and lasted for 70 minutes. When i questioned the girl she just argued about the time. We demanded to speak to the spa manager who just wanted all her money and wasnt interested in anything else. There is a great massage down the road that is 88RMB and we should have braved the weather and made the walk :( We will not return to the hotel due to the bad experience.

Very comfortable and quiet

This is a lovely hotel to stay at. ..quiet, clean, comfortable, spacious with helpful staff. There didn't seem to be any eating places within walking distance though. The hotel breakfast was excellent with Chinese and Western choices. The Halloween buffet dinner was also excellent. The hotel had obviously put a lot of effort into decorating and making a lot of the food in theme as well.
