With extra frigid cold weather, we didn’t need to leave the hotel. Enough to keep us busy, relax in the lobby by the fireplace and play cards, great restaurants, a spa and a gym… they had it all. We ate at Mason Street Grill and the Lobby lounge as well as the cafe for breakfast. All the food was amazing, service was spectacular and it was a better than expected stay

Beautiful hotel, staff was very nice. Only thing I would say I didn’t love is there was a lot of space between the door and the door frame which made it very easy to hear any hallway noise. Overall a great stay, though.

The staff were incredibly nice! One of the bellmen offered to take pictures for us and I felt like I was in a Disney photo shoot. The front desk and concierge were extremely helpful when our plans got unexpectedly interrupted. The lobby is incredible. Our room was really nice. Would definitely recommend this hotel and will absolutely stay here again when I’m Milwaukee. 10/10.
