The room itself was clean but needed some repair work and what repairs had been done were shoddy. Some of the towels had stains-ick! Breakfast was better at a convenience store!

The good: it was adequately clean. The employees were polite. We did not have any safety concerns while we were there. The tv and refrigerator worked. The bad: This is NOT a convention center of any kind -- it is a motel. The room entrances are on the outside of the building, There are no communal areas or meeting spaces. There is a tiny office with a breakfast nook. The breakfast provided is a true continental breakfast -- granola bars, oranges, a couple of Otis Spunkemeyer muffins and a coffee pot. The room is very old fashioned and the beds were very small (a bit too small for two people to share unless the two people are children or are married). We had three people booked in our room but only two towels and washcloths were in the room. There was one tiny trashcan. There is a (very old) microwave BUT if you use the microwave, it flips the circuit breaker and the air conditioner and lights go off. Do not let the Overland Park address fool you -- this motel would fit right in on the Missouri side of the metro.

It was ok..wasnt expecting much for the price. As a single female traveling did not feel safe as doors were not very secure and looked like theyd been broken into more than once. Got a bed to sleep in and a hot shower.

No breakfast just coffee and a snack.

They do not have breakfast it’s more of coffee and a granola bar. One of the reasons we booked it was to not have to spend on breakfast. Also, when they are going around cleaning the rooms, they don’t knock on the door They just , walk in which I found it very disrespectful. I’m just glad that I was dressed when they were first into my room. I would not stay again, specially for the amount that I paid.

For the price, the quality is really good. The hotel offers great value. The location is safe and quiet, perfect for relaxing after a long day. It's also easily accessible, with convenient parking and close to main roads. Overall, a good stay for a reasonable price.

Never stay here again!

They had no copy of my reservation when I arrived. Took much longer than expected to get checked in. Parking lot is very small not a lot of room. Door was unable to secure the deadbolt in the door to the room. What’s inside the room bedspread had spots all over it, not clean looking, mattress was like sitting on a feather pillow, sunk down into it. Breakfast consisted of granola bars. I don’t know who’s given this hotel 10 for 10 ratings but apparently they have not stayed in a very good hotel in the past. Room is very dated. Looks like 1960s.

Cheap option in an okay area.

This hotel is an okay option. Its next to a couple very nice hotels so the immediate area is well lit and feels safe. They do have breakfast and its fine but nothing special. Would stay again if i didnt have kids with me.
