It’s very close to universal. It’s right off of I four I’ve stayed there at least six different times. Throughout the years the staff is always very friendly. It’s near a Walgreens so if you need anything and it’s also really close to a grocery store. And it’s also free breakfast so it makes it easier When you’re traveling with family.

Totally discusted.

Needed to cancel 20 minutes after making reservation, told no. No place for large truck and trailer. Most of hotel under construction. Told to use other motel laundry, relented and used excessively dusty. No coffee maker, no ice bucket. No coffee in lobby, etc. very bad experience.

The hotel was located in a good, accessible area. What I didn't like was that: 1: There was no water dispenser 2: Hotel was under renovation & lobby area was not kept clean 3: Room key wasn't working at all so I had to go to lobby numerous times to get new ones 4: Breakfast had the bare minimum items- needed more healthy alternatives 5: Elevator was very slow to function, took several minutes to move between floors

Just the night

Staff was helpful, the place is undergoing major renovations and the smells of construction fill the building. The parking lot is clogged with storage containers taking most of the spots. My room was clean and roomy, bed very comfortable.

The only thing keeping it feom getting 5 stars was the remodeling process that was still going on and the pool was closed. The room was great, the bed was comfortable, and the staff was nice. Best thing, though, was it was only 5 mins from the parks
