Let’s start with the check in. Immediately get double charged for the room despite paying on Expedia. Then after the confused guy at the front desk waits for his manager to try and figure out how to refund the double charge we finally head up to our room. Upon entering our room I head to the restroom and relieve myself. Guess what? The toilet doesn’t flush. Back to the front desk we go. I then inform the poor confused guy of the problem and he switches rooms for us. Go back upstairs ready to check into our room and finally get some sleep. Nope! Keys aren’t working on the door. To keep from absolutely losing my mind and saying mean things to the poor confused guy I send my wife down instead. She returns and finally we have access to the room. Was also informed on arrival that the pool is under renovations and is inaccessible despite it being marketed as having one. The walls in the room are filthy and need to be thoroughly clean and disinfected I just lack the effort to go back downstairs again……avoid this place at all costs
