The indoor pool was freezing and staff was not willing to entertain feedback while insisting it was warm enough. No hot water in room on second night. Very noisy. You can hear every passing car outside and person inside.

The stay overall was ok but the front desk staff at check out was rude. They barely responded when I greeted them and didn’t even make eye contact. Also they rudely told me I could not brush my daughter’s hair in the lobby because “people eat there”. I would be totally understanding of this request but the rudeness in how it was said was unnecessary.
