PIAA SPORTING EVENT

I would have given the Days Inn by Windham Hershey a 5 if it wasn't for plunger in sink not operating properly. We did contact front desk and maintenance promptly corrected. The room was connected to another room with a crossover door. The occupants of that room were very loud until 2am with slamming doors, hallway activity, and much chatter making a good nght sleep impossible.

No frills but quite adequate!

We really enjoyed our overnight in Hershey. It was a very basic hotel but definitely met our needs. The location was great, within walking distance of shops and quite a few good restaurants. We appreciated how clean the hotel was and the breakfast was really better than expected for a continental breakfast. We would have liked to swim but the pool water was pretty chilly. Also thought the street noise was really loud only to find this morning someone previous had left the windows up just a bit but not noticeable with the eye. When we shut and locked them the room was very quiet! All in all a nice clean stay, would stay here again.

We have stayed in many Days Inn across the country, & this one is top notch. There is a large breakfast area with good choices, but no meat or potatoes. They do have waffles. Covered parking, but get there early to get a space.

Overall the property and staff were very nice. I personally didn't like that no food or beverages were allowed in the pool area. Also the toddler sized toilets were a challenge - you know you're sitting low when your knees are higher than your butt. For this reason only I would not stay here again.
