I was upset the water pressure wasn’t getting hot at all but I understood it did snow.. then I thought there was an oven in the room and I was falsely wrong, and then there was hair in the shower as well. I’ve stayed at an extended stay before and this one wasn’t pleasing at all.

Please get your hallways under control after hours

Room was fine. Service was good at.check in. However, at literally all hours through the afternoon, night and early morning people were literally yellimg in the hallways. I mean literally all hours... 10pm, 11pm , 12am, 1am, 2am , 3am , 4am. It was so loud i was awaken atleast 7 times that i recall.

It was an excellent stay at this extended stay location. Front lobby was so clean and it smells refreshing. The front desk employe was also very kind and nice. And the room was also very clean and it also smells very good. The room was full of kitchen amenities which i liked the most about them.

From the moment we entered the building, the person checking us in made us feel like we were troublemakers and not welcome. They must get a lot of bad visitors, which was the first sign we should’ve paid attention to. The building is old and just not very clean on the inside and the lobby smelled of pot. The room size was great and that was it as far as positives. Everything just looked so old. The tub/shower was so stained and it looks like it needed a good cleaning. The towels were actually dirty with hair on them. We were grossed out and decided to buy some at a local store. There was no one at the front desk- ever to swap them out. On the third night in the middle of the night there was banging on the walls and people talking loudly. It sounded like construction at 3 am. We called the front desk and there was no answer or anyone in person at the desk. We assumed there was no one the property at all. I wish we had just cancelled and gone to another property. It’s not great when you’re worried about the cleanliness of a place you’re paying to stay at. The 10/10 reviews can’t be real especially when you see multiple reviews with the same names and only staying one night. I don’t know what 10/10 room they stayed at, but it wasn’t the room we stayed in.

The furniture is old, and knobs were missing. The towels needed to be used with bleach. They had stains and didn’t look clean. The bathroom toilet tissue holder was broken. The room had a smell of stale air. Room 230. We left the same night we checked in.

I lost power at my house and needed a place to stay and was able to book a room for $76, which was a great deal considering it provided a kitchenette with a fridge and microwave. Staff was good and the room was clean. My only issue was that the TV remote was dead. I exchanged it for a good one but it still didn't work on the TV. I could power "on" the TV on the set, but there was no way to change the channels from the home screen on the TV itself.
