Our stay was absolutely spectacular! Everything was exactly as described in the listing—no surprises, just a perfect experience from start to finish. The location was unbeatable, being extremely close to the River Run gondola, which made getting around so easy and convenient.The property was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. It truly felt like a home away from home. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone looking for a seamless and enjoyable stay. We would definitely come back!

120 Steps from gondola!

The best part about this place is the ease of staying right next to the gondola. With 3 kids, we utilized the ski lockers (and hot tub of course). We had the key break off in the ski locker and help responded quickly so it never interrupted our plans. The property management company is in keystone right down the road and open 24 hours.

Closest we could possibly stay to the gondola!

Excellent property and very nice furniture. Chairs, couch, beds were all newer, comfortable and very nice. The dishwasher was not working, but the maintenance replaced it the very next day. The only critique we have for the property is that there was too much furniture and two locked closets. Five lamps just in the master bedroom!

Wonderful property in the absolute heart of river run village, literally everything is out your front door! There isn't closer lodging for the gondola access! The room itself was comfortable and well decorated for the mountain theme. The fold out was comfortable with a memory foam mattress. Great lodging!

Great Place

We had a great time at Jack Pine! The unit was nice and comfortable, in a great location. We would definitely consider staying there again if we were in the area. The only minor thing was that I think we were supposed to get a recycling bin and we did not, but it wasn't a big deal. Other than that, no complaints!

Difficult host during COVID

Be aware of strict cancellation policy here and a host who is difficult to deal with during a pandemic. We arrived on Saturday afternoon to find out the the mountain was closing at 8pm that evening (that morning Vail resorts had published it was staying open). We changed our tickets to fly home as EVERYTHING was closed. Host was difficult and said "well you chose to leave early"...yes because I came here to SKI and there is no skiing. We did finally agree to a financial resolution but they have some very shifty "fees" here... The unit itself is average. Cleaning ok. Pillows are HORRENDOUS. We were given a half empty bottle of hotel style shampoo for a room hosting 6 people and no soap.

Great location

Loved having the lockers downstairs for our gear. They had given us the wrong WiFi info however they sent someone over promptly to fix the matter. Was right above the hot tub, great view, and short walk to the lift.
