Sweeping näkymät merelle olohuoneesi ja extra-iso Lanai odottavat tätä hiljattain uusittu ranta vetäytyä Maui Parkshore, joka isännöi neljä vierasta täydellinen, trooppinen tyyli. Kun otat uudestaan sisustuksen teeman pehmeän, kultaisen hiekan upealta osuudelta Kamaole Beach III -kadulla aivan kadun toisella puolella, vierailusi on määritelty ympäristöstä, joka on täysin omistautunut erinomaiseen vierailukokemukseen. Juuri remontoitu keväällä 2018, huoneisto on perustettu 2 pariskunnalle tai neljän hengen perheelle. Uusi kaakeloitu koko, laaja pohjaratkaisu (yli 1000 sf) tarjoaa loistavan upouuden keittiön, jossa on graniittiset työtasot ja keräilysaari sekä Cherry-kalusteet ja kaikki laitteet ja välineet, jotka tarvitaan oman saaristosi valmistukseen ja palvelukseen. Vieras kaasugrillit ovat myös lähellä omaisuutta. Mukavuus ja mukavuus ovat tärkeimpiä, uudet huippuluokan Sealy-patjat kaikkialla, ja ylellinen trooppinen kalustus, joka on valittu Mauin parhaista näyttelytiloista. Tyylikäs paikallisten taiteilijoiden teos korostaa sisustusta. Kamaole III Beach on yhden minuutin (tai vähemmän) kävelymatkan päässä hotellista ja upeat uinti- ja snorklausmahdollisuudet rannalta. Kävele rantaviivaa etelään niin pitkälle kuin Wailea resorts, ja katsella merikilpikonnat juhlimalla levät vieressä. Boogie-lennolle, nousupyörän nousu, melonta ja valaiden katselu (talvikaudella) ovat käytännöllisesti kotiovellesi. Ja muutaman korttelin sisällä on yli kymmenkunta ravintolaa, kahvia ja smoothie-kauppoja, snorkkelivuokraus, convenience markets ja matkamuistomyymälä. Wailean lomakohteet ovat alle viiden minuutin ajomatkan päässä. Lanai tässä condo on jotain erityistä - se on noin 50% suurempi kuin tyypillinen loma-asunnot lanai, ja se on hämmästyttävä käyttää maisemia vain kadun toisella puolella. Se on lopullinen trooppinen paikka, josta katsomaan Kihein ranta-kaupungin rytmiä, aamukahvia tai iltajuomaa. Uusi sisäänvedettävä Lanai-aurinkosuoja pitää asioita mukavana. Molemmat kylpyhuoneet on kokonaan ja tyylikkäästi remontoitu graniitilla ja lasilla, ja niissä on luovaa paikallista taidetta luovaa laattoja. Korkeasti arvostetussa Maui Parkshore -hotellissa on kuohuviini. Hallinnollinen maksu sisältää 1500 dollarin omaisuusvahinkovakuutuksen Maui Parkshore Pool on suljettu 3. syyskuuta 2019–11.9.2019 korjauksen korjaamiseksi.

Great stay!

Everything about our experience with this property was outstanding! The complex is meticulously maintained including the pool, pool restrooms, outdoor grills, foot/sand washing areas, parking lot, etc. The complex is located directly across the street from a beautiful beach that is safe for play and/or watching sunsets. Our unit was in great condition and was perfectly equipped with beach towels, beach chairs, and a cooler. The two bedrooms had good air conditioning units but the kitchen and living space did not. Overall, we loved our stay! Thank you.

Springtime trip to Maui

This place was everything the listing described and more. It was so clean and well stocked. We have stayed in a fair number of rental condos, and they are all pretty adequate. This unit was above and beyond. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed, and we cooked in most of the time. Although we did not grill out, the grills were very nice and always clean. There were even four beach chairs and two beach umbrellas, all clean and in good working order. The towels were nice quality, both the bath towels and beach towels. The cellphone and internet connection were good. The TVs (living room and each bedroom) worked well and they had great instructions how to use them. The A/C and ceiling fans kept us cool along with the cross ventilationThe manager, Lisa Sue, was very welcoming, she treated everyone like family, personable yet professional. She was always available if we needed anything. She kept everything very clean, the grounds, the pool, the grill, the entryways. The communication from the management company was just enough. We felt well informed yet not pestered. The location was very convenient to the beach, stores and restaurants. The next time we are in Maui, we will definitely stay here.

Awesome condo and location

Fantastic piece of paradise!

A beautiful condo, perfectly situated. Stunning views of the ocean and literally across the street from the spectacular beaches. The condo was exactly as promised and more - perfect for our family of 4. Great location, so many amenities, fantastic responsiveness and communication with the owner, comfortable, cool and modern - and the list goes on. We absolutely loved it and hope to come back again soon.

Nice place near the beach

This 2 bd 2 ba apartment was clean, well stocked and conveniently located. The parking was tight but there was an assigned parking space off the street. The weather was very cloudy and humid during our stay, so the overhead fans saved the day as the typical Maui breeze was abscent. AC is generally not needed, but the bedroom AC units were a blessing. Very nice pool, friendly on site manager, and fairly quiet. I would love to stay here again, but maybe in September!

Great condo. We were on the third floor overlooking the pool and Kam 3 Beach. Kitchen well equipped (updated pans would be good). In the storage box outside we're beach chairs, umbrellas and a smaller cooler (used that daily).

Location is spectacular, it was clean, nice. All needed amenities. Manager on site is awesome. I just wish there was AC in the living room. We completely missed that in the description of the property, so it was a surprise when we got a welcome email.

First time in a rental condo

We loved our stay in the rental. It was clean and well stocked with anything you may need. The grounds were always clean and well manicured. The property manager was friendly and did a great job answering any questions. The only thing I can suggest is to make the tenants aware that they need to watch and dump the bucket of condensation water behind the master bedroom air conditioner or it will spill/overflow. We would recommend this condo and would stay again.

Nice apartment, overall very clean. Umbrellas, chairs and toys for the beach provided. The view from the balcony is amazing. The only downside is that there is no AC in the living area and it can get hot, but some vents are provided. The lady, who is the property manager is very friendly and helpful in any situation.

Perfect accommodations, hospitality and walking location to beaches

This condo had everything we were looking for including an excellent location, friendly hospitality, nice, clean accommodations and easy walking distance to beautiful beaches. The soft, sandy beaches are just across the street, easily accessible for snorkeling, boogie boarding, body surfing and suntanning. Fun for teens and adults!! Local shops, boutiques & restaurants were a 1-2 block walk or a quick drive in our jeep up or down the coastline. The condo was very clean & tidy, and well equipped. Woke up to the sounds of waves in the distance and watched the beautiful sunsets from the beaches or the lanai. The evenings were quiet and relaxing. Lisa Sue manages a nice, clean property and is accessible, kind, and very informative! Everything we did was within footsteps or a quick 20 minute drive including a Luau, snorkeling/whale watching trip, farmers markets, walking beach trails, or exploring the National Parks and Lava fields. Beautiful memories were made and I’d highly recommend this unit and location! Aloha!

Just as advertised, the condo was beautiful & spacious. Great amount of space for the family. Loved having access to the beach for early morning snorkeling with the turtles and clean community grilling for dinner at night. Overall a wonderful stay, would definitely return.

Great stay, clean property and wonderful customer service

The property was great and in an excellent location right across from the beach. It was exactly as pictured, very clean and well-stocked. Communication from Vacation-Maui was proactive and everyone we dealt with was wonderful. They were also extremely helpful and accommodating when we had a last minute scheduling request. Would definitely book again on a return trip.

Wonderful Place to Stay

My fiancée and I came to Maui, with our 19 and 21 year old kids, to get married. This was the perfect place to stay! We had a stunning view of the ocean and park and they were just steps away from our unit. Perfect place to watch the sunset on the beach. Our unit had everything we needed, from the kitchen to the bathrooms to the beach towels and chairs. Air conditioning in the bedrooms kept us cool at night. If we were home during the day, we kept the lanai doors and front door open (screen closed) which created a nice little breeze through the unit. We were within walking distance to stores, restaurants, beaches, boat launch, nail salons, and coffee shops. The property manager was super nice. When she found out we got married, she brought us a bottle of wine! The grounds were also immaculate. We saw the manager out every day ensuring the bbq area, pool and parking lots were kept clean. We will definitely stay in this unit again. We plan to come back every year. Thank you for a great vacation.
