家族旅行で利用させていただきました。立地も良く駐車場の案内も分かりやすく館内も清潔感がありとても良かったです。東横インさんのカードを持っていたのでチェックイン、チェックアウトはフロントさんの声かけもありスムーズでした。エレベーターの乗り方が不慣れで分かりづらかったので説明書き的なのが有れば初心者さんには良かったかと思います。朝食の席で椅子が３つあるテーブルがありますが狭くて三人では食事しにくいと感じました。朝食時だけでもテーブルを増やすか違うテーブルにしてもらえるとたくさんの方が食事できるのかなぁと感じました。食事はとても良かったのでまた利用したいと思いました。スタッフの方の対応はとても良かったです。

スタッフはとても親切でわかりやすい案内をしてくれます。館内はとても清潔です。当たり前ですが、朝のエレバーターは朝食利用者もおり混みます。大型車乗用車については事前にホテルに駐車場所を確認すると良いです。
