Seascape Cottage is a charming coastal retreat nestled at Milepost 3.4 on the scenic Seascape Golf Course. Designed for relaxation and coastal living, this beautiful home features a spacious fenced-in backyard with a private 16' x 30' pool and a wet bar, perfect for unwinding after a sun-soaked day at the beach. A two-car garage provides convenience, while the outdoor shower offers a refreshing way to rinse off the salt and sand.

Inside, the upper level welcomes you with an airy open concept living space, where the comfortable living room with a Queen sleeper sofa, dining area with seating for six, and fully equipped kitchen with barstool seating invite gatherings with family and friends. The NW bedroom features a double bed and direct access to a screened porch, while the NE bedroom offers a two twin beds. A shared hall bath is easily accessible. The SW King master suite includes a private bath with a shower and shares access to the screened porch with the SE bunk room, making it a versatile setup for families or groups. New LVP flooring has been added throughout the home.
