This was an incredible hotel, here for a big meeting so used most of the facilities. If you are in Dar Es Salaam I’d certainly recommend staying here.

5 stars for comfort but 2 stars for service

Vert comfortable beds and one of the few hotels in Tanzania with a hot tub. Nevertheless, the service level doesn't match the esthetic. We had yo ask several times to get a few things in our room situated. It was eventually handled by the manage but cost us a sunset viewing. They need better protocols of service.

It's a very nice hotel. My only complaint is that we lost something during an event on hotel property and they seemed uninterested in figuring out what had happened. Otherwise, a grat choice!
