Stayed in the first floor of the beach house. Couldn’t ask for more. Spent 4 wonderful days in St. Augustine and came home to a very private little beach house with its own parking right in front of the beach. Had a little back patio with a super cute garden. The staff was very pleasant and accommodating. There was a fridge and a microwave and they give you a ton of coffee and hot chocolate little bags you can make with the coffee maker they have as well as a Toaster oven. The ac worked great and the TV had a bunch of channels. Our upstairs neighbors were very nice but had 3 kids so in the morning you could really hear the footsteps. The breakfast was super cute and they let you take some back to your room so they’re very kind. The parking was free. I would say it’s an 8/10 overall. If it had a jacuzzi I would give it a 10/10
