Property is old and not updated at all. We stayed in May and it was 45 degrees outside. There was no heat at all, no soap in the dispenser, asked for a second blanket, we never received it and the office was closed by the time we got back from the concert. Staff were friendly, and the bed was actually quite comfortable. Overall, it was quite spendy for the place, but it was a place to stay.

Our tv didn't work, we had to ask for kleenex there was none in our room. There was no top sheet on my bed. The room did not appear cleaned.

Horrible Experience

We had 2 rooms next to each other. Walked into room 1 and tv was on and felt like someone had been in there sitting on bed. Toilet didn’t work, NO towels and mouse droppings ALL OVER FLOOR. Room 2 had ONLY a bath mat and mouse droppings. We did not stay. Hotels.com helped me get a refund (waiting for it) and were very helpful as was the front desk staff at hotel. We were told they got new housekeeping staff and if that’s true they need to be fired.

The room was dirty in many spots so I reported it and they had someone come and clean it while we were gone to a concert.

Keypad on building not working properly, took several tries with key to get it unlocked. Shower had hairs in and around it. There was someone’s hair binder hanging on door knob. Toilet took forever to flush. No clock in room. Both TV and tv box were unplugged and hard to figure out since cords were behind TV stand. Glad we only had a sleep there and didn’t stay longer.

Check in was excellent and easy and accomodating. The overall appearance of the facility was not good. When we got in our room, there were bugs in the bathtub and one of the sinks did not work. The room appeared to have been unoccupied for some time; the heat was unbearable. We decided to leave immediately and sought another location to stay in.

We stay here for a concert at the casino. It was perfect since I didn’t want to pay the high casino prices. I had to came back and switch purses, it’s very close and convenient.
