This one bedroom ground floor unit has been recently renovated and fully equipped with everything you'll need to help make your stay enjoyable. This unit is only a 5 minute walk to the beautiful sandy Beach at the Sheraton where you can enjoy sunbathing, surfing, snorkeling or just taking in the tranquil beauty of the pristine coastline. You are close to some of the best swimming and snorkeling beaches around Poipu. Our unit provides great ocean views and wonderful trade breeze. The bedroom has a luxury king size bed. The living room includes a large flat screen smart TV, DVD and free high speed WiFi. There are so many beautiful areas to walk or jog with ocean views. The condo is perfect for us. The hosts have done an excellent job of providing a wonderful environment in which to relax and enjoy the island. The furnishings are comfortable and the layout well thought out. The kitchen is well stocked with basics and the bed is very comfortable. We can’t say enough about this little slice of heaven!!

It's hard to know where to start to rate our recent stay at Michael and Gina's beautiful and very spacious condo in Poipu Kapili. The view from the lanai was breathtaking overlooking the manicured grounds and looking at the ocean. The condo was stocked with every amenity we might need, the a/c worked great and the furnishings were very comfortable. Every contact with the owners was very pleasant and helpful. We could tell they truly wanted our stay to be the best possible experience. They gave us tips to enjoy special restaurants, bakeries, and the turtles at Poipu Beach. We came away with amazing memories, and we look forward to coming back asap. We also look forward to future contact with such friendly owners.

The condo was so clean and well appointed. The updates are so nice too with two full updated baths and a gorgeous updated kitchen. We loved the walkability to shops and restaurants and the view from the condo was magnificent. Having tennis/ pickleball courts were a fun plus too. It was so peaceful but so close to everything you’d want. I can’t recommend it more!

Mike & Gina's villa is excellent, ground floor walkout just like the picture shows. The pool is just steps from the door surrounded by pretty greenery and shade trees to put your recliner under and not get burned. The view to the ocean is right from the patio or pool. We walked across the yard for the gorgeous sunsets. It's also within walking distance both directions to coffee, dining & shopping. We enjoyed the walk each morning. The entire property is very quiet and peaceful. There is ever thing you could possibly need in the Villa from kitchen staples, cooking seasoning, spices, olive oil, etc. Same in the bathrooms, everything you might need it there. We really appreciated the comfortable bed and having a TV in the bedroom too. The A/C worked well & having the nice fans and ceiling fans if not using the A/C we appreciated too. This place was exactly as listed but they offered even more than we expected. They were even thoughtful in offering to lets us access the unit in the a.m. rather than have to wait all day when we had flown to HI overnight, we didnt even ask! Thats not always possible if rented back to back and they didnt have to even offer but they did and it started our trip on so nice to not have to wait around for hours so tired. This shows what type of owners Gina & Mike are, thoughtful. We had excellent communication with them throughout our stay. I highly recommend this perfect, comfortable, and high quality villa. We will book again for future trips.

Wonderful place in Poipu

Everything is provided from a complete kitchen to beach chairs and goggles to nice towels and bedding. Compared to some rentals equipped with the minimum, this is a home actively used by the owners who are folks with high standards. Everything is ’perfectly maintained and works. The condo is in a serene complex with lovely grounds. Don’t bring your party aspirations, you’d be out of place in this wonderful retreat. We had a great week and used this location to explore all parts of glorious Kauai.

Wonderful property Coming back

Everything was wonderful. The location was great. Our condo was steps to the ocean and even fewer steps to the pool. Everything you need was in the condo. We prepared our dinners in the condo and charcoal and gas grills were available. The whole complex was very well maintained. If you like beaches thereis one a very short distance. A Costco is on rhe way from the airport. Also a Safeway. Loved this condo. Everything was great.

Absolute Paradise!

We stayed in Michael's condo for our honeymoon trip. Every little detail is considered in this condo. Light switches are labeled and the guest book is full of excellent detail as well. Location could not be better. We were within 3 minutes of anything we needed. We sat on the wall across from the condo every morning and watched the sea turtles play in the surf, layed around by the salt water pool in the shade (which was plentiful), walked to the Luau at the Sheraton resort and just had the most wonderful time. Michael was fast to respond, friendly to talk to and gave us late check out on short notice for a very reasonable rate since our flight wasn't until 9:00pm and our day plans got cancelled. 10/10 experience and we will likely be back!

Amazing honeymoon in paradise

My husband and I came here for our honeymoon and we were extremely satisfied with our stay. The place was spacious, clean and very well air conditioned. The pool was great too, just in the backyard. The ocean is a 5 minute walk from the condo and it’s in a great central location with a lot of restaurants and shopping in walking distance. We walked to dinner every night during our stay. The bed was also very comfortable. I’d stay here again!

Outstanding location with premium amenities.

Great first floor condo with view of the ocean and next to pool! Owner's meticulous descriptions of how to use all the appliances from the dryer to AC were much appreciated. We communicated that we observed a small water leak in the kitchen to the owner shortly after arrival. He offered to have a vendor address during our stay if we preferred, but we agreed it was not necessary and we continued to monitor during the remainder of the stay. Being the gracious host, Michael offered a late check out without any additional charge. Much appreciated since we had a late flight out that evening. We have stayed in the Poipu area several times and would rate this experience as one of our best. The location is within walking distance of beaches, restaurants, shopping, and even a golf course. The relatively small number of condos on the property as advertised made for a very quiet and relaxing trip. And no roosters at dawn! The condo was very comfortable with premium interior. We would certainly recommend this property to others and strongly consider booking Michael's property again on a return trip to Kauai.

Lovely Relaxing Holiday

The condo was very clean with an extremely well equiped kitchen. The grounds and pool area were lovely. The only issue we had ( which really was not a problem for us ) was, being Australians we could not access any of the steaming services so could not watch any movies in the evenings. Having said that, it really was relaxing to sit and read in the comfortable living area, so did not miss the TV.

Wow! Beautiful condo with a convenient location.

Absolutely loved this condo! Comfy bed, super clean, everything was provided, and check-in was easy. The VRBO is very quiet, no street noise. We opted for a helicopter tour, atv, mountain tubing, and biked/hiked Waimea Canyon. This location was perfect. Plenty of restaurants nearby to walk to. Would definitely recommend!!

My husband & I were blown away by this condo! The owners have thought of absolutely everything, were amazing to communicate with, and the unit/grounds were immaculate. We loved being so close to the beach & restaurants, but away from the more crowded/noisy resorts. Sitting on the patio at sunset/in the morning was awesome, and being able to cool off in the pool at the end of the day was such a treat! It was also fun to read their guest book & see what others loved about their stay. We were NOT ready to leave! Thank you Mike & Gina!
