Älä unohda unelmiesi lomaasi tässä 4 makuuhuoneen 3. 5-kylpykotissa, joka sijaitsee Kauai aurinkoisella etelärannalla. Siemaile kahvia lanailla katsellessasi auringonnousua tai auringonottoa lämmitetyn uima-altaan kannella. Yläkerrassa on tilava, gourmet-keittiö, joka avautuu oleskelu- ja ruokailutilalle. Näkymät Kauai ikoniseen Mt. Haupu, lähellä kurkkua lähellä merta, tekee tästä kodista ihanteellisen Kauai-lomallesi.

Kolme Kauai hienoimmista rannoista ovat lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä vain jalankulkijoiden vihreiden vyöreittien kautta. Master-sviitissä on joitain talon parhaista näkymistä, joissa iso kylpyhuone, joka avautuu pihan uima-altaan reunalle. Altaan kannella sijaitsevalla itsenäisellä vierashuoneella on oma sisäänkäynti. Pohjakerroksessa kodissa on kaksi makuuhuonetta ja yksi kylpyamme.

Tämä ylellinen Poipu Kai -lomakeskuksessa sijaitseva ylellinen koti tarjoaa kaikki lomakohteen laajat mukavuudet: 8 tenniskenttää, kävelyreitit vihreiden vyöhykkeiden kautta rannoille, uima-allas / kylpylä ja 24h-vartiointi. 15 minuutin kävelymatka Poipun rannalle, jossa voit nauttia uinnista, kehon noususta, snorklauksesta ja surffailusta. Tämä lumoava koti on erinomainen paikka seuraavalle perhelomalle.

We absolutely loved the house! It was such a nice touch to walk in the first day and have Hawaiian music playing. The house was very comfortable and we had tons of room for a family of 10. I think the pool was one of our favorite things that we spent a lot of time there. It’s within walking distance of Poipu Beach, which we also loved. The host was incredible to work with. We plan on coming back! Thanks for an amazing vacation!

Lovely house in a perfect location. Comfortable, clean furnishings and everything you could need for home and the beach. A real plus for travelers with small children with high chairs and baby beds complete with linens. Incredible Blackstone grill for nightly cooking with relaxing pool and deck for outdoor fun.

We booked the Plumeria House for a week during the Christmas holiday 2025 for a family trip that included 12 of us - two grandparents, two sets of parents, three grown grandchildren, two with significant others, and a five-year old grandchild. The house was perfect. Although we initially had to negotiate room arrangements, it all worked out reasonably well for everyone. The house is beautiful with everything we needed for cooking, having pool-side barbecues, lounging around and in the pool, and going to the beach. The owner provided an excess of towels, bedding, pool and beach equipment/toys, and cooking and dining supplies. The house is also perfectly situated. Poipu Beach is close by, a very easy 10 minute walk, as is the walkway/trail along the ocean. Koloa Town is only a couple of minutes drive and Lihue is 20-30 minutes away depending on the traffic. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful. Everyone in our group loved the house and its location. The only suggestion we would make concerns the room downstairs with the futons. Although the grandkids who stayed in that room did not complain, having a couple of real beds with new mattresses would have been ideal. Nevertheless, we were all extremely pleased with the rental and would rent it again in an instant for a return visit.

No hot water, no clothes dryer, no stove for 3 days. propane tank was empty. When company came to fill tank they discovered big propane leak. That evening handy man filled house with propane. Owner did not care he put us in danger. Swimming pool step rail loose. Multiple bare electrical wires near trash and recycling.

We had a wonderful Thanksgiving vacation! The location was so perfect, just a few minute walk to the beach with sea turtles, boogie bording, a restaurant, shaved ice. Other shopping centers with good restaurants were nearby. The views from the living room were awesome! The kids loved the pool every day!

We had the most amazing time at the plumeria house. Our family, all 11 of us, were so happy with the beauty and layout of the home. We spent a lot of time out on the patio watching the grandkids swim while visiting and playing games with our kids. We loved going to Poipu beach. The sea turtles would come up to the beach and rest every evening. We could watch the sunrise in thr master bedroom suite. Such an amazing vacation.
