This property is in a fabulous location, right on the main square. We were recommended this and went with the relatives that had been before, in 2019. They were disappointed with the hotel, in that it had deteriorated and needed renovation and updates in certain areas. Breakfast was good, with vodka and prosecco available. Bread choice was limited, considering Poland in renowned for their excellent variety of bread. The hot menu was very limited and remained the same everyday- there was no variety. Shared toilets in the reception area were not clean and we did take photos to bring this to the attention of the hotel staff and this was picked up immediately.

After late arrival due to flight delay the transfer and reception team were very friendly and welcoming! Was given a room upgrade which was fantastic! Located centrally walking distance to excellent shops/restaraunts/bars. Altogether a very pleasant stay in a lovely historic city

Loved this hotel and when we go back to Krakow we will stay here again! I would encourage them to have someone in staff that can help with getting around on the trains. Carolina, Vlad and one other (can’t remember his name) were always friendly and helpful. The daily breakfast was delicious and a definite perk

This hotel sits in the middle of old town square - in all the hustle and bustle of the square. Not that you can hear much if the windows are shut - but a lovely vibrant atmosphere if the windows are open (which I loved). Staff are friendly - breakfast is plentiful and rooms are nice and clean. Would definitely stay again and recommend yo friends. 👌

We loved our rooms in this hotel. The staff was friendly, kind and somewhat helpful. The only problem we had was that they didn’t seem to be familiar with train transportation, with the exception of Vlad who was quick to offer guidance when we were preparing to leave.
