It’s in a great location a couple of minutes walk from the main square, so it’s a bit quieter. Our adult daughter shared a room with us which was lovely and large. Breakfast offered a good choice of continental food. Staff very helpful and friendly. If using Bolt they stop right by the hotel.

Very close to the main square ( couple of minutes walk) so a bit quieter. Our adult daughter shared a bedroom with us, bedroom was very large. Good choice of continental breakfast and fruit. We had a takeout breakfast for a morning trip ( before breakfast was being served), which was a great help. Also if using bolt, pick up / drop off right by the hotel which was handy. Staff all lovely. Definitely recommend.

The hotel is in a great location, bordering the Old Town. It was very clean, quiet and safe. I was a bit disappointed there were no real public spaces or a bar, except the restaurant where only breakfast was served and the TV remote needed new batteries I think as I couldn't get it to work. However these are minor matters. The staff were helpful and polite.

Be aware of not having the room right next to the street, is so noisy, they dont have proper windows to lower the noise. The pillows ara a bit unconfortable.

This hotel was amazing, the staff were friendly and the entire place was beautiful. Breakfast was one of the best i have ever had with lots of options. Cant recommend this place enough, we will be back.

Great hotel

Lovely hotel, close to the main square in the old town. Something to be aware of it can be noisy at times with the windows open, but this wasn’t an issue for us. The room had air con which was a bonus. Friendly and helpful staff. They booked airport transfers and helped with booking excursions. Lunchbox was provided for trips if we missed breakfast. The room was a good size and was kept clean, bottled water was also replenished daily and if we needed extra the hotel reception were only to happy to supply us with more. There was a great choice of foods for breakfast. I would definitely return to this hotel again. Close to amenities and fantastic value for money.

Lovely 3 night stay.

A lovely hotel with friendly staff. We had a room at the very top of the building. Only had the lift to floor 3 then we walked one flight of stairs. No issue for us. Room was big and comfortable. Bed made everyday, but they never changed towels daily. Had issues with the safe but staff helped. We were facing the back of the hotel which is what we requested as i like it nice and quiet at night. The front faces a road and there is a few bars around it. It's about a 3 mins walk from the main square. Breakfast was good, one morning they didn't seem to restock any items and we had to ask. They will happily make you eggs and toast at request. I would definitely recommend and this would be my go to hotel for Krakow.

Fantastic hotel with really friendly staff and a perfect location for exploring around. Breakfast had a great selection, rooms/hotel was clean, bright and had all the facilities we needed. Would stay here again for a future trip.
