Nice and clean hotel. The staff is very helpful and courteous. The location is quite good. Is close to a lot of landmarks. Definitely close to several places by taxi drive of 10-15 min. The breakfast was pretty good with several options. The staff was quick to clear tables. We stayed for three nights there. It is a great place for the price!

A fairly new hotel, in a great location with comfy beds and great wifi. Rooms are very small, with not many comforts. Reception staff were not very friendly or approachable, felt like it was a hassle to them to ask questions. If breakfast is your thing don’t book here unless you LOVE Asian food including fish head curry for breakfast! & super strong coffee. Breakfast area is set up all wrong making it truly chaotic and not relaxing at all. Lifts were terrible, 3 on offer but was always left waiting for a long time. Housekeeping room attendants only did bare minimum, whether you were in the room or not. Had to ask to get the bed made and you were lucky if you got the right number of clean towels for guests in the room. Overall I would not recommend staying here and would not stay again.

Good location for metro. Staff in housekeeping and concierge great, really friendly and very helpful. Choice of drinks at dinner and in Sky Lounge poor and not sure what was happening with lifts, felt like we spent alot of time waiting or going up and down unneccessarily. If the breakfast area was sorted out and food quality was better, it would be a more relaxing experience. We tried breakfast once and didnt go again as a nightmare

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! Reception staff and poolside staff offered excellent service. The bartender was very professional and very helpful with choosing our drinks.

We booked two rooms for four nights, overall our stay was okay. Initially we were given rooms on the 4th floor. This was horrible because the breakfast area is on the 3rd floor and from 6.30 in the morning you hear plates clanking, this didn't allow us to sleep. We could only move rooms on the third night due to no available rooms. Between the two rooms we had, the one was much smaller and very cramped.

Despite the location and clean rooms, I did not enjoy the stay at Santa Grand. The customer service is not at the level you expect it to be, i.e. staff is not rude but a bit cold and unhelpful... Like they dont want to be there.... Anyways... I am glad I only booked for one day

We really enjoyed the rooftop pool area, which could use more lounge chairs. The staff was very attentive and quick to assist you so thumbs up to them! The hotel was located in close proximity to a lot of sites so we walked. There were a lot of guests so breakfast was somewhat crazy… plenty of food but it disappeared rather quickly. I really can’t complain but could have used more fresh fruit and granola cereal with dried fruit selection. Other than that, I would stay there again.

Location really handy to all the main sites and tube station 5 mins walk away. It’s walkable to Colonial district , Petronas Towers and monorail. Plus several shopping mauls. I was on 15th floor with great views of the city ( worth the extra payment) , especially at night with the colourful light show. Breakfast area can be busy (7.30am was better than 8.00 onwards. Varied choice of food, including 2 choices of fresh fruit daily. Checkin was fast and efficient. Staff very friendly and attentive. Rooms clean and well equipped. Would stay again. Overall good value.
