Hôtel très bien à environ 4 minutes à pieds de la gare de Kyoto. Endroit idéal si vous devez prendre le train souvent sinon j’opterais pour un hôtel dans un endroit plus touristique. Pour ma situation, j’ai adoré cet hôtel.

I really enjoyed the stay. Spacious and well designed room which were clean and well maintained. Great amenities in the room as well as the building such as ice machines and laundry on all / most floors. Check-in process was easy and quick, and same with the check-out. The staff were really friendly and eager to help. It is located within 5 minutes walk from Kyoto station and Avanti shopping mall which has a range of shops and restaurants. I thoroughly enjoyed the stay and would go back to stay. Highly recommended!

The room itself is a large space and looks nice in photos, but the space is completely wasted and unusable for accomodation. The foot light was dead and reading light was so hard on the eyes. It shines directly in your eyes. The room was stuffy even with the air purifier running and washroom had the worst smell of all the hotels we stayed at in Japan. The window looks out onto a pavement pad and other people's rooms. You can only open it a few inches or you may fall out. There should be atleast a screen for safety. There's a complete lack of storage space for clothing so everything has to stay in the luggage, but there is not even space to open a luggage and still be able to walk around. The tv only has Japanese news channels and the "Google home/ casting service" is by air screen so streaming platforms are not compatible ie. Netflix. Only YouTube works. Honestly, the only good thing is that it's close to Kyoto station and the staff have good English. Everything else about this place sucked.
