I lost my expensive umbrella that my wife purchased for this trip to Japan. I left it on the bus while visiting a shrine in Kyoto. One of the front desk staff called TAKAHASHI helped me call the bus station lost and found and the umbrella was at one of stations. I picked it up and my wife was so happy. The closeness to the train station was amazing. The room and bathroom was amazing. The bath tub was SENSATIONAL! The bath house was serene and zen. The breakfast was one of the best breakfast meals I ever had.

Stayed in Japan for a 10 day trip and this was the second Hotel I stayed at and BY FAR the best! Staff was super friendly and accommodating, Hotel was safe, and in a great walking distance from the train station. Room was spacious and was easily able to accommodate my needs. Definitely will be my first choice when I return!
