It has capacity for 4 people, with a cosy bedroom with direct access to one of the terraces of the house, a nice bathroom with bathtub, a fully equipped kitchen with all appliances, a spacious living room with sofa bed and two terraces for exclusive use with large open spaces and outdoor shower, where you can have lunch, disconnect and relax. It is a sustainable housing that is supported by solar energy and has all the amenities such as Smart TV to enjoy your favourite content, Wifi Internet and desk, designed for teleworking, plus there is easy parking in the area. The development has paddle, football and basketball courts, communal gardens and a children's playground. The exclusive residential complex also has a small supermarket for the convenience of the residents.
