The private 20 m² terrace extends the living space outdoors, becoming the perfect spot for unhurried breakfasts, reading in the shade, or watching the afternoon fade away. A serene retreat to enjoy Fuerteventura at an easy pace.

Upon entering, the apartment reveals a calm atmosphere that invites you to stay. The living and dining area, filled with natural light, provides a pleasant setting to relax, watch a film, or simply enjoy the quiet after a day at the beach. The open, modern and functional kitchen allows you to prepare simple meals while staying connected to the rest of the space.
The main bedroom is designed for rest, with a comfortable double bed, spacious wardrobes and décor in soft tones. The bathroom, practical and bright, features a spacious shower and clean lines that enhance the sense of calm.
From inside, you can access the terrace, a small private furnished area where the Atlantic breeze accompanies every moment. Here, days begin slowly and end quietly, with El Cotillo close by, its open beaches, natural pools and its distinctive way of living by the sea.

The apartment offers 1 Gb fibre-optic internet, ideal for those combining leisure and remote work. The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, coffee machine, washing machine, citrus juicer, kettle and toaster, ensuring a comfortable and independent stay. The living area includes a Smart TV for relaxed evenings. In addition, the apartment provides an iron and ironing board, a hairdryer and, for guests travelling with young children, a cot and high chair available upon request.
