Ground-floor apartment set in a very sought-after private condominium in the downtown area of the popular city of Lagos!

Very nice and spacious modern apartment.
Ideal location for your family holiday, with gorgeous communal areas with kids play park, large swimming pool and sun deck patio, and is set right downtown, very close to the Bus Station (1 minute walk), the Marina (5 minute walk) and the main avenue.

Inside the apartment it has a living room with dinning area and a very large balcony overlooking the communal patio and pool area, equipped kitchen, hallway, WC with standing shower, 2 guest bedrooms (one with double-sized bed and a single bed, and one with 2 single beds), and a master bedroom with double-sized bed and on-suite WC with bathtub.

The balcony is very spacious and has dining table, BBQ, snooker table, darts, and an outside lounge area.
