The Lahaina fire affected some of the community and our historic clubhouse did burn. All utilities, including water, have been tested by the EPA and the utilities and the surrounding environment is safe.

Home portrays quality craftsmanship and ties the home together from top to bottom in both styling and materials with bamboo features throughout. The view and location will leave you speechless!!!

The home has a fresh, contemporary feel with exceptionally clean, stylish lines. The tones are light and airy to compliment the ocean-side locale. Sun filled rooms, tastefully furnished and full of tropical charm, completely equipped and accessorized. The view floods every room from all windows of the ocean, the islands of Lanai and Molokai and the rugged West Maui mountains. A gourmet kitchen has quality appliances, cherry wood custom cabinets, bamboo glass, granite counter tops, breakfast bar, & bay window. Bathrooms have have been decorated with travertine tile. There are bamboo window coverings in living room, master and guest bedroom and solar shades in loft bedroom.


Snuggle up in this attractive and comfortable large living area where the ocean is a constant presence with breathtaking views or kick up your heels, relax and watch television or a movie on a 65"high definition screen smart TV. Maybe you just want to pull out a stool at the tiki bar and sip on a refreshing tropical splendor. Open the 18’ sliding glass door, and with the wall gone the house feels open and huge & flows from entry to the covered lanai which extends the living room in one seamless sweep. The sense of indoor – outdoor living could not be more complete. The private and quiet lanai is another spot where you could spend hours doing nothing but relax, and listen to the whisper of the wave’s splash gently at the shore. Watch the surfers swim by and the humpback whales frolic just a few hundred yards away. They will be a daily visitor in the winter launching themselves totally from the water in one of nature’s most amazing displays of power and magnitude. The turtles will also come by to visit you. In the evening smell the sizzle of the gas BBQ and watch the flaming spectacular sunset. So many choices! You honestly will have ALL the comforts of home along with a slice of PARADISE!

On the second floor the mirrored wall in the master bedroom suite makes the ocean seem part of the room and offers another chance to be captivated by the view. Open the sliding glass door and feel the gentle breeze and smell the ocean air or walk onto the balcony where you will find a lounge chair and a bistro table and 2 chairs.

Beds include: master bedroom - Cal-king size bed, guest bedroom - queen size bed (both on 2nd level), loft bedroom (3rd level)- King size bed or 2 twin beds (You have the option).

There are 2 full baths on the 2nd level and 2 half baths (main level and 3rd floor). There are skylights in the master bath and 3rd level half bath. The laundry area is on the first floor.

Beside the BIG screen in the living room, all rooms have individual air conditioners, and fans. You can stay connected while vacationing because this unit has an office center with a desk and free high speed internet as well as wireless access.

We are located in a lush tropical setting in a private gated colony of low-rise, low density quality town houses (privately owned houses with no neighbors above or below) and share 28 acres of mature, majestic trees, exquisite gardens, manicured lawns and many dozens of graceful palms framing the Pacific Ocean along the sunny south shore of Lahaina in West Maui. This is truly the best weather on the Island! Stroll this magnificent pristine oasis and explore the botanical wonders with palm, banyan and mango trees and lush tropical landscaping filled with exotic flowers. You will meander under the bursting canopy of mature royal Poinciana trees with vibrant red blossoms. The atmosphere is very relaxed and friendly and ideal for those who want to be able to retreat from the crowds into the serene quiet of an elegant neighborhood. Private and peaceful are fitting images for this complex.

Enjoy all homeowner’s amenities including tennis court, pickle ball court, children's playground and the dolphin pool. The ocean and mountain pool have some maintenance issues and are closed at this time.

Two 18-hole Championship Golf Courses are located in nearby Kaanapali or drive further north to play golf in Kapalua. Ride the sugar cane train, take a guided hike to secret pools and waterfalls or enjoy many outdoor activities nearby.
