Been there several times when we first arrived, they told us the pool wasn’t open at the valet. It was open, and people were swimming in it. We got harassed and threatened at Vicky and Anthony’s. I asked for security they never brought them up very unprofessional the whole staff, it was one of the worst experiences at a hotel I’ve ever had. A person at the bar threatened to whip our butt in the parking lot because I asked her not to be on FaceTime in somebody at the restaurant she was extremely loud and cursing. The restaurant nor the hotel did anything about it. The girl threatened to kick her butt as many times for asking for the manager. The whole thing was out of hand. The manager asked if he could buy us a drink. We just laughed and went to our room.

Hate when they say..." yes, the pool is open" and

Hate when I take the time to call hotel about the pool being open and then it's not. No indoor pool, just filling outdoor pool...theyvtold me it would be open starting March 1st, no microwave or fridge in room. Staff was great, spacious room, typical casino...very smoky and $25. daily resort fee which I really wasn't happy to pay as THE POOL WASN'T OPEN! Several pricey restaurants and shops on site.
