Mildew and foul smells entering the lobby. Stained, dirty bed sheets, pillowcases, and towels. There was no manager available to assist. I was denied a refund, only 10% discount.

I prepaid for my room through Expedia. At check in, the rep was friendly, but he charged my card for my stay instead of just charging the incidental fee. My room was clean, but the property could use some updating. Sheets and towels were clean, but had some yellow stains. I wouldn't consider it up to Wyndham standards.

Our keys never wear those hard to get in and out of place it was hard to get in and out of our room it seemed like only was actually running entire I hope they eventually make her manager. Air filters in room where super dirty

Didn’t have the room I booked available, gave me another room that was smaller, then a third room that STILL wasn’t what I booked but was tired of going up and down. The microwave was so high I couldn’t even reach it. And the topper on the cake was when they gave someone else the same room and they opened our door! Not booking here again.
