This unit sits back up from the River, but you can see the River from the porch and it's about one-two minutes walk to our extended River bank and our boat dock.

Two full beds, one twin (which is also a couch), several chairs, TV, microwave, fridge, Jacuzzi tub, nice tile floor outside Weber grill.
This room is a part of a 4 bedroom house, but it has separate entrance and parking area.
