Nice hotel terrible staff

The front desk staff was not friendly to me, and I got charged post stay for an absurd amount for no reason (I even cleaned before leaving) and no one is able to give me a reason why I was charged an additional 400 dollars.

Room next door smoked in room and our room was fully with smoke. I am allergic and use a Cpap machine with filters air and I still woke with an infected throat. Staff said they will check into it and bill that room, but nothing was refund for us that had to deal with it. Also escalator had an issue and fire department came, so they were inoperable. More attention is needed at this hotel.
