The property is showing its age in the rooms. I thought the bathroom fixtures and sink and shower had not been really cleaned in a long time. The whole room was dingy. We did enjoy the bar and restaurants onsite.

We had an amazing time. But don't be surprised if you wait forever to have a cocktail server come by you. Pool is only open from 11-7 so that was very disappointing. We are easygoing and can make fun out of simple things so i still give a 5

Rented a cabana on a weekday. Never got any service. Also, no water. Toys allowed for kids. Never checked on while in the cabana. Pretty much paid for a Tv.. staff was great . Pool was nice. Everything clean. Just lacked service.

I’ve been staying at this property for several years now. Early on, there were complimentary water bottles and coffee makers in each room. There was a security guard checking room keys by the elevators. Room service made the beds and cleaned the rooms. Now, all of those amenities are gone. One thing that has not changed is the staff. They have always been friendly, opening doors, greeting everyone, and making this resort a family-oriented one. We do like the smaller size of the casino and resort, the quiet rooms, and easy parking, too. Now that so many amenities have been removed, I’m thinking twice about returning, but the staff and the competitive rates are tough to beat.

Aliante was very nice the rooms were clean but maybe overpriced for not being renovated recently! There were few options for in house dining and the food wasn’t good. The staff acted bored and needed more to do customer service was lacking.

Many dining locations within the property seemed to be closed down. Though there seemed to be a guide on the TV, there was nothing provided in the room to easily highlight what was available within Aliante. For example, I was interested in the Spa but could find no information within the room for it. After going to the Spa during evening, I found it closed and then just gave up on it.

Place is decent, definetly older crowd. Restaurants and pool were disappointing. Just a hood spot near the golf courses i was playing. Probably stay downtown and drive further next time
