Comfortable

The price was fair. The room was comfortable. One bed had really wrinkled bedding while the other was neat. But I was too tired and found the bed comfortable. The room looked recently updated and clean. Enough towels for two. But the bathroom was so old and needs attention. Especially the floor. The cost for a night was $100. less than next door. We passed on the breakfast ... very slim food available. We didn’t have any issue of safety and worked to get a quick night of sleep.

The main room was good. Clean and acceptably appointed. No issues there. The bathroom was another matter. Shower valve was not working properly, and needed replacing. Floor of tub made loud noises with any steps or shifting of weight. The room next door evidently had the same issue as we could hear that through the walls.

Disappointing Stay Despite Friendly Staff

Unfortunately, our stay was marred by an extremely noisy AC unit and creaky hardwood floors in the second-floor room. Nights were especially difficult—our toddler woke up every time the AC kicked on. The complimentary breakfast should be remove to reduce disappointment, Even the instant coffee machine was really bad by any standard. The room lacked basic amenities—no in-room coffee maker, no shampoo, and minimal supplies—which didn’t meet the standard I expect from a Days Inn property. On the positive side, every staff member we interacted with was helpful, courteous, and genuinely kind. Their professionalism stood out, but the property itself needs significant improvements to match the brand’s expectations.

The young man at check in was the best. He was very nice and helpful. After check in while first being in my room the TV would not change channels. I walked down to the front desk and asked him about it and he immediately offered to come to my room to fix the problem. He unplugged and replugged a cable from the cable system of the tv and fixed it like nothing. I do recommend your have staff fix the cable problem. But over all this young man was exceptional in his services. Also there was an 18 wheeler with a refrigerated trailer that the refrigerator went off and on all night and I could hear this all night from my room 203. If the big trucks can park in a different area it would be nicer instead of hearing that all night long.

We were displaced due to flooding from rain storm and burn scar! Roads were washed away and could not get home! We traveled to Las Vegas, NM to rent room for night! We were able to sleep and rest for night and figure out how to get home!

Was old but being refurbished. On the outskirts of town so dining options seemed limited. Seemed like they were short handed but the employees tried to and succeeded in helping us. People were nice.

Pleasant Surprise

pleasantly surprised. It is in process of renovations and not very appealing compared to Best Western right next door. However, the inside has already been remodeled and there is NO CARPET YEAH! Room was refurbished and immaculate. Bed was very comfortable and the towels were soft not like other hotels where they feel like sandpaper. Great job!

Best hotel ever - clean, quiet, great personnel

I have stayed here numerous times over the past 10 years simply because it is such a nice place to stay. The rooms are clean, the beds are great, the personnel are always friendly and helpful, and it is QUIET. They also offer free soup each night, and the night I stayed the soup had an amazing amount of meat in it. I wish there was a Super 8 like this one in every town where I stay.
