I had a horrible experience from the very beginning. However, the issue was not Embassy Suites, it was Expedia. Expedia did not secure a room for family and me causing unnecessary stress. For a good 45 mins, I wasn’t sure I had a place to stay for me and the family. Horrible feeling! The hotel staff at Embassy Suites were super helpful and I booked directly with them instead. This is probably the last time I use Expedia to book hotels and flights. I been using Expedia for the last 15 years.

My family had everything we needed. Fitness room and hot tub were relaxing for us. Zac and the breakfast buffet staff were accommodating and welcoming. Our room was clean and comfortable in our bed and on the folding sofa. Ideal. We'll be back.

The breakfast was horrible. Everything was cold. Eggs, pancakes, sausage, even the oatmeal that should have been warm from serving container. Yes sir conditioning was great along with staff. Front desk staff at night and morning were great. We would stay again, just eat at mcds next time.
