Staff was so friendly and helpful. Parking was close and easy to get to. I felt safe, lots of great dining options close within walking distance. Starbucks in walking distance. Cold mini fridge, very large bathtub in studio suite, large bathrooms. Free water bottles daily.

We didn't do breakfast at hotel. The shower backed up in our room and our son"s room had the same issue. I reported it to the front desk when we checked out. This was the second time we have stayed at the hotel. It's a good value for the hotel and location

Everything was great! Room was beautiful very spacious. Location was great especially because the monorail is right outside and up the stairs. Loved that the pool and hot tub are open year round. Wonderful place to stay!

I really liked this hotel — very clean, calm, and friendly. I booked a suite and truly enjoyed my stay. I found this hotel very suitable for families, especially for those who don’t want their kids walking through casinos every time. Luckily, this hotel has no casino, which makes it a perfect and peaceful stay for families. The only thing I didn’t like was the breakfast. Even though I paid for it while booking, they described it as a “continental breakfast,” but it really wasn’t. You only get three items: one coffee, one pastry, and one juice — no other options. They should remove the word “continental” because it’s misleading. I also want to mention the front desk staff — very friendly and kind people, especially the lady (I hope I’m spelling it correctly) “Amela.” She was such a kind person, and I truly wish her all the best.
