We honestly love the Horseshoe, I’ve stayed there three times and also when it was Bally’s. So four total.. This time was still good, employees were nice and room was clean EXCEPT our AC barely worked and smelt moldy… after day 3 my throat and tonsils were swollen and I read online that moldy AC can be the culprit. The day I got home it all cleared up. I’m 100% convinced the moldy AC got me sick. It gradually got worse the longer we stayed. Not to mention it didn’t stay cool. We had to keep turning it on and it was 105+ outside.. otherwise we’re happy with Horseshoe…

We were only here for one night. I was a little nervous after having read some reviews, but I was pleasantly surprised. Yes, it is an older hotel. The carpet is a little frayed and it isn't glitzy. But our room was a great size, the beds were comfortable and the bathroom was large, clean and well lit. I would not hesitate to stay again

The beds were comfy but I like to wake up with a cup of coffee and our room did not have a coffee maker. When I was looking for a hotel I filtered by hotels that offer breakfast and horseshoe came up but they don’t offer it.
