The front desk staff was rude. We waited an hour and a half after check in time due to our room not being ready. They originally told us that it would only take 30 minutes and they had a rush on the room. When we finally were able to go into a hotel room it was dirty. The walls and ceiling had some type of residue on it.

I stayed here in February 2025 with a friend to go to the theater here and it a wonderful stay! The staff were kind and helpful with issues, in particular Giselle at check in! There was an fire emergency in the hotel next door that impacted the our hotel and everything was handle with care and safety by the hotel management and staff the entire time. The valet services was prompt and handled with care. I would definitely stay here again. Also, the hotel is just beautiful!

First of all, ridiculous “Resorts fee”. We didn’t use any pool or a phone call on our whole stay. We went to vegas to explore the strip not the hotel itself, and hello? We don’t need phone calls we do have phones its already 21st Century! We went on summer time it’s so hot and the Air conditioner can’t even go down below 68 degrees gosh. It’s our first time in Vegas but definitely not going back to this hotel, we might gonna stay downtown who doesn’t have any resorts fee and free parking spots. Check in kiosk are not helpful at all, you still need to see an ambassador and wait in the line, and it’s so slow. Super slow, it looks like these employees just taking their time.. clean room tho except some left over hair from the previous customers in the bathroom.
