Issues that I see food choices after 10pm was very bad. No selection. Are sandwiches from store in mandalay. We went to see Rod Stewart at ceasers. We should of ate their. We thought mandalay was going to have their restaurants open.

Definitely staying here next time.

Booked this room for $68 along with resort fee etc and this room was way above nice! Very clean, smelled amazing and beds were some of the most comfortable I’ve experienced. I booked a king and they were out so they gave me two queens with a pool view. The pool is like a resort. Wave pool with sand, lazy river, and two other pools. Casino very clean and roomy. Found a few ashtrays. Breakfast at sea breeze was amazing. Will definitely come back next time

We really enjoyed our stay at Mandalay Bay. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the pool and facilities are excellent — perfect for families and kids. The location is decent, with the monorail to Excalibur making it easy to get around since it’s a bit far to walk to the main strip. The only downside was not being able to use the in-room fridge, as the mini bar is sensor-controlled and there’s an extra charge just to store personal items, which seems unreasonable. Overall though, it’s a great resort with plenty to enjoy.

Room was clean and comfortable. Staff at desk was nice and helpful. Cleaning person was very nice and helpful. I feel that the charges escalated from the original price. We were not made aware when I was searching and ultimately booked about other fees. $50 resort fee? And then a tax on the resort fee? So we make you pay a fee and then tax you on the fee? I don't believe I saw that in the "all-in" price. The real pisser was the morning we were checking out and I wanted some coffee. So I picked up the coffee cup to read on it about what kind or coffee and if decaf. The coffee cup had the k-cup sealed inside so I never could read anything and put it back in the rack. My wife checks us out and there is a $16 charge because I PICKED UP THE CUP. I do not recommend staying here. I believe they are dishonest and use gimmicks to charge more for nothing.

Mandalay is really starting to show its age. We stayed in a premier suite in the W tower. The room didn't feel clean at all. There was tape left over the coffe bar, an odd stain on the water closet door trim, as well as the ceiling. This is in stark contrast to when we stayed in December of 2024, then it was very nice. For what we paid vs. what we got, we are unlikely to stay there again.
