Being at south end of strip is quieter, cleaner and less busy than further north on strip. Got very busy in evenings when a big conference on, but felt quieter other than that. Facilities, places to eat and drink etc are good, but grounds at front of property need some attention at present. Staff generally very helpful and hotel was really clean.

My family and I arrived a little early in the day and asked if early check in was available. It wasn’t - which is fine - and were told our room should be available 12:30pm but no later than 3pm (standard time). We provided our cell number and walked around the strip to kill time - but as hours went by, we never got a call. 3pm came and still no word so we called 3 times, got hung up on twice. We spoke with the staff at 4pm. We were upset and disappointed at the service we initially recieved. Manager then said they would provide $100 credit to be used at any restaurant or bar. For 3 days we tried to use them and each location stated they don’t take credits. Only the coffee shop we found in our last day did. When checking out, I shared with staff we couldn’t use all the credits and they finally offered a list of places. We had 3 hours to use them and every place they provided was closed. The front staff was rude and condescending. We also experienced the same horrible service at the pool, took 35 min to have drinks brought to our lounge chairs as well as the surf shop when we asked about pool rental floaters they were only trying to sell the floaters and said they don’t rent, we shared that we were told they did and they just responded “obviously they don’t work here.” Service overall was horrible, yet everyone expected tips for lack of service. We never got to use all credits and staff was not friendly. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an enjoyable stay.
