The staff was very professional, polite and helpful. The room was plain with no extra amenities and the TV was small but it was a large room and it was clean so that is a big plus. Lighting could have been a little better/brighter. We stayed on the 25th floor. You can still hear the music from the ground level but it wasn't too loud. Wish there were other options to eat on the property
